Dear VCI and VIP Community,
We want to share an important update about changes affecting our tour and how we are adapting to continue supporting the veterans we serve.
Recent changes to FMP processes have required us to adjust how we organize and deliver the tour. As we work through these changes, our commitment to providing our veterans with the care, attention, and support they deserve remains at the heart of every decision we make.
2026 is now fully booked, and we are temporarily pausing new registrations. Our team is focusing on supporting veterans with confirmed bookings, handling changes and requests, and preparing for their arrival in Punta Cana.
We understand that these updates may raise questions. We are currently receiving a high volume of calls and emails, so responses may take longer than usual. Please know that we are doing our best to respond as quickly as possible and keep everyone informed as confirmed information becomes available.
We will share further updates about future registration availability once confirmed.
